You are always welcome to come by for a visit. This way you can have a look at the coworking space at your leisure and get a feeling for our working environment. To make sure that everything is prepared for you during your stay please suggest a date for your visit.

We are as flexible as possible when it comes to cancellations. You can cancel monthly but no later than the last day of the month. Your desk/office should be cleared and left tidy at the end of your contract. The same applies to the return of the loaned items.

There are still Open Office spaces available. Feel free to check out our Fix or Flex Desks. Otherwise you can join our waiting list for an office or a desk. You will receive an email when a place becomes available for you.

Our goals are to contribute to a healthy climate, to take a critical look at consumption and production processes, to promote a circular economy, to advocate for equal rights for all people, to support education and to provide a space for long-term partnerships. Yes, if you rent a desk or office for a longer period of time, you will receive a discount. Currently you have the following options if you pay the total amount in advance:
- 6 months: 7% discount
- 12 months: 14% discount
- 24 months: 20% discount
If you are interested in a long-term booking, please let us know before signing the contract so that we can prepare everything for you. -
For your meetings you can choose between two meeting rooms on the first floor and a coaching room on the 3rd floor. As long as the rooms are not booked, they are freely available to the entire Wundervoll Community. The price for fixed bookings depends on your membership. You can get up to 50 % discount on your booking.
Please have a look at our website. In the booking calendar you can see which rooms are available for you and book them. If you are planning a longer meeting, you can rent the rooms for half or full days. This is also the cheaper option for you. -
Phone calls are allowed throughout the building, except in the coworking area on the 1st floor. This is our quiet zone, where our coworkers, who need a quiet working environment, have their place. You can also use our phone booths for private and confidential phone calls.

Yes, you can share your membership with another person or company. Either you or your desk buddy can use the coworking space, but not both at the same time. When you leave the coworking space, your buddy can come and vice versa.

The coworking space is accessible 24/7 for all coworkers with a 10 Days Pass or more. With the Day Pass you can use the coworking space on one day from 9:00 - 18:00.
For a visit you are welcome to come from Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 13:00, even without an appointment. This way you can have a look at Wundervoll and get a good feeling for our coworking space. If these times are not convenient for you, please suggest an alternative date. -
All prices without VAT. Additional services such as a parking, meeting rooms or additional storage facilities will be charged extra. You can find the exact prices on our website. For online bookings we accept credit cards and bank transfers.

You have to pay as soon as you confirm your booking via our app (digital contract) or sign your rental contract analogously. You can pay via our app by credit card or by bank transfer to our account. Afterwards, you will receive your personal chip for the entrance door, with which you have 24/7 access to the coworking space. You will also receive a door code so that you can open the entrance door at any time, even in the event of technical problems or if you forget your chip at home.

For cancellations, the following applies:
- Up to one week before the event, a cancellation is possible free of charge
- If you inform us between one week and two working days before your event/booking, you will get 50% of the invoice amount back.
- If you inform us less than two working days before your event/booking, you will get 25% of the invoice amount back.
- If you do not show up without informing us in advance, you will have to pay the full amount of the booking.
The following applies to coworking: An issued invoice must always be paid by you. Therefore, it is best to let us know in the previous month if you no longer need your workspace. -
We don't want to lose anyone from our community. However, we have a responsibility for the house, all coworkers and room bookers. In a few situations we reserve the right to terminate a contract without notice. This can happen if:
- You have not paid your membership
- An out-of-court debt settlement procedure has been initiated against you.
- Insolvency proceedings are going against you
- You behave in a disrespectful, racist or sexist manner towards anyone
- Other essential contractual obligations have not been fulfilled despite a warning

The protection of your data is particularly important to us. We comply with all legal requirements and only process your data if we have your written permission to do so. In order to use the coworking space, we need to collect and store certain data from you (for example, your name or billing details). All data will be treated with the most care and confidentiality by us and authorized third parties. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without giving reasons. As a user of the coworking space you have to follow some rules:
- You cannot use the coworking space for illegal activities.
- Intentional damage, destruction or overloading of the provided infrastructure is not allowed. This applies especially to servers, networks, printers and all furniture.
- You may not gain unauthorized access to the infrastructure of the Wundervoll. This includes hacking, sniffing or similar methods. Likewise, unauthorized access to information from other coworkers is not permitted.
Following business areas have no place in the Wundervoll Coworking Space:
1) activities in connection with lotteries;
2) multi-level marketing;
3) chain letters, spam e-mails and all other types of unsolicited messages
4) dissemination of immoral, offensive or pornographic content;
5) processing of materials that are subject to intellectual property rights, unless the user owns the necessary intellectual property;
6) Processing viruses, trojans or other malicious software;
- Downloading intellectual property is only allowed as long as you own the necessary rights
- You are not allowed to hinder or prevent other Coworkers or Interested Parties from using the infrastructure or services of the Wundervoll.
- All data you provide must be true.

As a user of the coworking space, you are obligated to treat all items provided to you with the most care and to return them properly. We are aware that items wear out and can also be broken. Nevertheless we ask you to consider the following:
- There are claims for damages in case of gross negligence or intent. This applies especially to injury to life, body or health.
- Claims for damages arise in case of violation of essential contractual obligations. In this case, the damage is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
- Wundervoll Coworking GmbH does not accept any claims for damages from third parties caused by copyright, trademark, data protection or other legal violations. You will be responsible for any legal fees and court costs.
- Wundervoll Coworking GmbH does not supervise the workplaces. You are liable for all objects, data and materials you bring with you.
- Should the infrastructure such as electricity or internet fail, we will take care of it immediately. Wundervoll Coworking GmbH is not liable for any damages or disadvantages that may arise from this.

Wundervoll Coworking GmbH is insured for its activities. This means that you are insured for any accidents in the coworking space. Nevertheless, you are responsible for the insurance of your personal belongings.

The place of jurisdiction and performance is the city of Innsbruck. The applicable law is therefore the law of the Republic of Austria.

Protecting your health is especially important to us, so we try to keep the risk of infection in the coworking space as low as possible. We have agreed on the following rules regarding COVID-19:
- All booked rooms must be aired every hour. The responsibility for this lies with you.
- Except at work or when eating and drinking, You are required to wear a mouth-nose protection.
- Your hands must be disinfected regularly. You will find disinfectants in the kitchen, in the toilet and in all work rooms.
- A maximum of four people are allowed per meeting room.
- You may be in the kitchen with a maximum of one other person. You are required to keep at least two meters distance from each other and wear a face mask.
- You must comply with COVID-19 regulatory requirements.
- If you feel uncomfortable, stay home. -
You have to rent the in-house parking space in addition to your booking for 70,00 € per month. Alternatively, you have the possibility to park for a fee in the Pembaurstraße or Kärntner Straße all day.

Of course! You have a professional printer with duplex unit and scanning option at your disposal. If you sign up for a membership, you can print and scan for free in black and white and color in A4 or A3. Please think about your responsibility for a healthy climate and the protection of the environment every time you print. Print only what is really necessary.

Smoking is prohibited indoors. You are welcome to smoke outside, but use an ashtray.

Our goal is to offer all coworkers a quiet and pleasant working environment. Since we do not know if our coworkers are afraid of dogs or have allergies, dogs are not allowed at the Wundervoll.

You can choose between different storage options:
1. for small office utensils you can use a lockable roll container
2. for larger things you can use a lockable box (40 x 34 x 36 cm).
3. for even bigger things you can use a lockable cabinet in the basement.

You can park your bike in front of the Wundervoll. There is a bike stand.

The Wundervoll is easily accessible by public transport. You can take the bus line R to the Mitterhoferstraße or the bus line F to the Pradler Straße or the tram 2 or 5 to the Rennerschule stop. You can reach the Wundervoll in just a few minutes on foot from all the stops.

You are always welcome to order food at the Wundervoll via Mjam and Lieferando, our hosts are also happy to give you information about restaurants in the area.

The mailbox is available depending on the membership. You can find an overview of the costs and their benefits on our website. Please note that you can only rent a mailbox if you also use a workstation at Wundervoll.

Yes, you have the possibility to borrow a monitor at the Wundervoll for free. Please bring it back to the printer room in the evening.

You are welcome to network with other coworkers and attend our events at the Wundervoll.
At the moment, the coworkers meet every Wednesday for Cookies & Coffee. There you can exchange ideas and all new coworkers are introduced. The COVID-19 regulations must always be observed.
You are also welcome to place your business cards, flyers or products in the lounge free of charge. Ask the hosts about this.
You also have the opportunity to be posted on the website and social media profiles of the Wundervoll. This way you, as a coworker, also benefit from our online presence. If you are interested, please ask the hosts. -
There are toilets on every floor. You also have the option to take a shower in the coworking space.
Responsibility and environmental awareness are particularly important to us, which is why we buy all our hygiene products regionally from Hollu's Eco Line. -

You can book and pay for your choosen room online. The invoice will be sent to the email address you specified.

You can choose between different coffees, regional teas and juices for 5.50 € per person for half a day or for 10.50 € per person for a full day. If you wish, we can gladly take over the communication with our regional partner companies for a catering. In order to do this, please let us know:
- for which occasion you want the catering (lunch, brainfood, fingerfood, etc.),
- if the catering should be vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, etc.
- the number of people eating
- and tell us about possible allergies
You will receive an offer and you do not have to worry about anything -
Each of our rooms is suitable for certain occasions and can therefore be seated as desired. Of course you don't have to take care of the seating, we will do that for you. Under the menu item "Rooms" on our Website you will find the possible seating arrangements for each room.

In all rooms you can use our 55'' TV screen. In the basement there is enough space to use the built-in beamer with screen. You do not have to take care of the installation and setup yourself, we will do it for you.

You have the possibility to work with analog and digital flipcharts. You can take the analog flipcharts with you afterwards or leave them at the Wundervoll. We will take care of the disposal. The digital flipcharts can easily be sent to you as a PDF via e-mail. Of course, you will also find a presentation utilities, pens and paper.

Yes, you will receive a 25 % discount on the total invoice amount if you make at least three bookings. Please write us an email to post@daswundervoll.at with the desired dates, so the billing is easier for us. You can check the availability of the rooms in advance on our website.

We do not have any parking possibilities on site. However, parking is possible without any problems in the surrounding streets (e.g. Pembaurstraße, Kärtner Straße, etc.). It is possible to park your car for the whole day, there is no short term parking zone.
